Approval
Approval asks one or more people to review earlier workflow work and record an approval result.
Use it when sign-off, authorization, rejection, or review evidence matters and should be traceable.
Settings
Steps To Approve selects which upstream steps this approval is reviewing.
Approvers can be selected directly or resolved from compatible workflow variables, such as user variables, team variables, or Team / User Selector fields.
Outputs
Approval exposes four routes:
- All Approved: Every approver approved.
- All Denied: Every approver denied.
- Mixed: Some approved and some denied.
- Any: Runs for any completed approval result.
