Send Email
Send Email sends an email from the workflow.
Use it for notifications, handoffs, external communication, confirmations, escalation messages, or sending information collected earlier in the process.
Settings
Email Builder configures recipients, content, attachments, and delivery settings.
Recipients:
- To: Required primary recipients.
- CC: Optional copied recipients.
- BCC: Optional hidden copied recipients.
Recipient groups can use users, teams, external emails, user/team variables, Team / User Selector fields, or email input fields from earlier forms.
Content:
- Email Template: Uses the default Nawfe template. Custom workflow email templates are listed as coming soon.
- Subject: Supports Liquid variables.
- Body: Rich text body with Liquid variables.
Attachments:
- From Previous Steps: Attach files from upstream File Upload fields.
- Uploaded In This Node: Upload files that are sent every time this email node runs.
Sending:
- Default Nawfe SMTP is used by default.
- Custom SMTP Credential is available only when the workspace has the custom SMTP feature enabled.

Send Email has one output path.
