Use the Template Store

The template store helps you start from proven workflow structures instead of beginning from zero.

When to use a template

Start with a template when:

  • your use case is common
  • speed matters
  • you want a baseline before tailoring the process
  • another team already solved a similar problem well

How to search effectively

The current template store supports:

  • scope filters
  • full-text search
  • trigger-type filtering

Use those filters early. The fastest way to get lost is to browse everything without narrowing the field.

Review before you adopt

Before using a template, check:

  • its name
  • its description
  • trigger types
  • tags
  • scope
  • whether it depends on connected apps your workspace does not have

Create a process from a template

Once you find a strong candidate:

  1. open the detail page
  2. confirm the workflow fits your use case
  3. use the template to create a process
  4. review the resulting draft before publishing

Templates save time. They do not replace judgment.
