Use the Template Store
The template store helps you start from proven workflow structures instead of beginning from zero.
When to use a template
Start with a template when:
- your use case is common
- speed matters
- you want a baseline before tailoring the process
- another team already solved a similar problem well
How to search effectively
The current template store supports:
- scope filters
- full-text search
- trigger-type filtering
Use those filters early. The fastest way to get lost is to browse everything without narrowing the field.
Review before you adopt
Before using a template, check:
- its name
- its description
- trigger types
- tags
- scope
- whether it depends on connected apps your workspace does not have
Create a process from a template
Once you find a strong candidate:
- open the detail page
- confirm the workflow fits your use case
- use the template to create a process
- review the resulting draft before publishing
Templates save time. They do not replace judgment.
