Website Form

Website Form starts a process from a public hosted or embedded form.

Use it when someone outside the workspace should submit a process start form without signing in, such as vendor intake, customer requests, public applications, external incident reports, or partner submissions.

Website Form requires the public forms workspace feature.

Settings

Form Builder configures pages, layout, and public-safe fields. Website Form supports only the Website Form column in form element availability.

Execution Title names the execution after the public form is submitted. Submitted form variables are supported.

Allowed Origins controls which websites can embed and submit the form. Origins must be exact origins such as https://example.com. A Website Form can have up to 10 allowed origins.

Embed settings become available after the process version is published and at least one allowed origin is configured. Nawfe exposes the token, script URL, and embed snippet.

Shareable Link creates hosted public links for published versions. A link can have an optional expiration date and optional max submissions. Link details show status, created date, expiration, submission limit, and usage.

URL Prefill lets hosted links prefill fields from query parameters by field name or element id. Hidden and read-only fields stay locked to the URL values.

Form limitations

Website Forms do not support Rich Text, Task List, Team / User Selector, File Upload, Signature, or List.

Columns are available for layout. Nested repeatable rows are not available because List is not available.

Outputs

Website Form has one output path.
