Navigate the App
Nawfe gets much easier once you know which part of the app is meant for which job.
Home
The home page is your landing area. In the current app it supports a customizable dashboard layout with widgets.
Use Home to:
- get oriented quickly
- keep important metrics or shortcuts visible
- return to a stable starting point during the day
Processes
Processes is your workflow library.
Use it to:
- browse workflows your workspace owns
- create a new workflow
- open an existing workflow
- start a workflow when the process supports it
- jump to the template store when you want a starting point
If you want to change how work happens, start in Processes.
Executions
Executions shows the live and completed runs of workflows.
Use it to:
- see what is pending, in progress, completed, cancelled, or failed
- inspect the history of a workflow run
- filter work down to one specific process
- open a task or step that needs attention
If you want to see what actually happened, use Executions.
Tables
Tables is where structured business data lives.
Use it to:
- create a table
- open existing tables
- review row and column usage
- manage records that support workflows
Tables are especially useful when a workflow depends on shared data instead of one-off form input.
Template Store
Template Store helps you start from something proven instead of building from a blank canvas.
Use it to:
- search for reusable workflow templates
- filter templates by scope and trigger type
- preview what a template does
- create a process from a template
Settings
Settings is the administrative side of Nawfe.
The settings navigation can include:
WorkspaceConnected AppsTeamsUsersPermission SetsCredentialsAudit LogsBilling
Users only see what they are allowed to access.
