Scheduled

Scheduled starts a process from one or more time-based trigger segments.

Use it when work should start on a cadence or planned date, such as weekly reviews, monthly compliance tasks, renewal checks, recurring handoffs, or scheduled audits.

Settings

Execution Title names the execution when the schedule starts it. Variables are supported.

Triggers are ordered schedule segments. You can add, edit, delete, reorder, and simulate them.

Each trigger exposes:

  • Trigger Name: Label for the trigger segment.
  • Interval: Recurring schedule for each run.
  • Repeat Until: Stop rule for the trigger segment.

Stop rules include Indefinitely, End Date, Relative Time, and Max Runs. If an indefinite trigger appears before later triggers, later triggers will never run, so Nawfe warns about the unreachable segments.

The interval and relative stop rules use the shared Schedule Builder.

Outputs

Scheduled has one output path.
