Active workspace

The workspace you are currently working in. A user can belong to more than one workspace, but only one is active at a time.

A step where a person or role must review and accept, reject, or otherwise decide on work before the process can continue.

Stored integration access information used by Nawfe to connect to external systems safely.

A named collection of access rules that determines what a user can do in the workspace.

The workflow blueprint that defines how work should happen.

The version of a process that is live for real use.

Structured data stored in the workspace for reuse across workflows and teams.

A reusable starting point for creating a process.

The space that contains users, settings, processes, tables, and other Nawfe resources.
